Your May 31th 2007 theory of a sudden Reuters article doesn't make the beginning of sense. That information was out 30 DAYS BEFORE on May 1th 2007:

So this swaps most of your well build-up story from the table. At the most Lindheim tried to get it in the news but then she would have been in on it. If after 30 days there was no PPHM listing there is a GOOD CHANCE the deal collapsed for some reason. maybe even because a conflict in interest with the Chairman of PPHM boards held against this deal.

So after that, I am not even going to look further.
There is NO DIOS case, as is clearly demonstrated. There is a Reuters article that PPHM cannot have published itself. For all we know DIOS leaked it.

We've seen such things with Peregrine Financials in the other way around. The PPS tanked!
